If Sam Carter had been fired from Boulder PD for his abuses of authority involving citizens over the years, he wouldn’t have been in a position to slay the Mapleton Elk under the color of law on New Year’s Day of 2013. In any case, he’s now a convicted felon. Read the report in the Daily Camera.

Now that the Shotgun Sam’s trial is over, will they be serving elk burgers at Bridge House? Got to keep those violent transients well-fed and happy . . .

Boulder council promises more downtown enforcement also in the DC. My online comment is copied below:

For now, I’ll continue to avoid Central Park, Boulder Creek Path, the Main Library Branch at 1001 Arapahoe, Pearl Street Mall, University Hill, and any other places in Boulder, CO where the worst-behaved transients tend…
