You can’t have it both ways; the able-bodied unemployed seeking work however they can obtain it and everyone making union scale. Which do you want? Or do Boulderites prefer to gripe about everything?

Welcome to the world of able-bodied homeless men and women seeking work, and the shelter/services providers are fully aware of what is happening with the fly-by-night contractors who show up to recruit day laborers.
