Read Sexually violent predator out of Longmont arrested in Boulder in the Daily Camera. Quoting from the report below:

A sexually violent predator who just registered in Longmont last week has been arrested in Boulder on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender and violation of bond conditions, according to Boulder County Jail records.

Cody Glen Hollingshead, 51, was arrested Sunday and booked into the Boulder County Jail at 12:15 a.m. Monday, according to booking logs.

Hollingshead, who has been released to the community and returned to jail three times before, was released from the Boulder County Jail on Sept. 29 and registered temporary residence at an address that matches that of the Best Western Plaza Hotel, according to a bulletin from Longmont police on Wednesday.

No further details on the arrest were available at this time. He is scheduled to appear in court later today for a setting of bond.

Ahem! You can bet the mortgage payment that this character will wind up at Boulder Shelter for the Homeless, which opens its overnight emergency dorms on October 15th, and he’ll be using their address of 4869 N. Broadway to register (or simply be listed as homeless). Count how many others are already doing so:

BTW, the term “Sexually Violent Predator” is NOT an arbitrary label. Read what goes into making the determination:

The Homeless Philosopher has zero sympathy for such perverts and their apologists/enablers.
